You are about to discover the Mati e Mata app, part of the "Books for all" project: you will read Anna Cremas story digitally for the first time in symbols of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).WHY CHOOSE BOOKS FOR EVERYONEThe goal of the project is to promote accessible reading for all children who, alone or with help, will be able to choose three different ways to read the story of Mati and Mata:- with modeling they will be able to use the tap on the single symbols to listen to the narrator- or they can hear the same voice in a continuous reading of the symbols, it will be easy to follow the story because the symbols light up when they are read- finally they will be able to choose the alphabetical text, deciding whether to read or listen, the narrator accompanies them also in this partAN INCLUSIVE STORYMati and Mata are two inseparable friends and, every time they climb the rings of the little park under the house, they dream of being able to participate in the Olympics one day. Their skin color is different, but they dont care and they will fight because in the future nobody cares anymore.
